The electronic process was a bit clunky with some errors. It did take away the personal experience I enjoyed the first few time we either financed or refinanced our loan.
John was great ! He explained everything in detail to me and made sure that I understood everything regarding my refinance. I would recommend John, very patient, very helpful, very personable.
