Good communication and a quick process.

Each person we dealt with went the extra mile to insure it got done.

John’s friendly professional attitude, always called back or answered immediately for all my questions during the whole process. Explained issues in detail so I completely understood before I went through each step.

John hade great communication and very helpful answering any questions that we had.

John was very helpful, and kept me at ease while the process was transpiring, to be honest when I got hit with the work that I needed to complete due to the appraisal. If it had not been for John I would have canceled the whole deal and shopped...
