Quick and simple

John's knowledge, kindness, and patience with me overall. I appreciate not being stressed during this process.

John made everything very easy. When we ran into a small issue along the way, he guided us through it and was very understanding. He was great to work with!

Always returned calls and available for first questions or even advice .

John communicated early and often. When I had a question he always responded quickly. He helped us get a great rate. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind.

The staff answered every question promptly and without making us feel stupid for asking. It was a good experience.

John was very respectful and responded quickly whenever we had questions. We only had one or two snags with underwriting but John was able to get them resolved once he communicated to us the issues.

John was always available to answer questions and help whenever needed. He made the entire refinance process very easy.
