Good communication
Easy communication and clear explinations of loan.
John explain everything good. Very nice.
My past experiences dealing with local banks for any kind of loan has been terrible, but John made the process very easy.

John kept things as simple as impossible and was extremely prompt in his responses when questions were asked.
