John is very friendly, knowledgable, and made the process seamless for us.
John made everything so easy. He worked with our realtor to ensure they were both aware of any needs or changes. This really made things a breeze for us. The customer service is exceptional!!
Great communication and response time!
Although he is extremely busy I always felt extremely confident that John would communicate when necessary. If something needed to be communicated it was done that day.
John was very patient with our situation bring that it was our first investment property. We had tons of questions and had shopped around. The plan is to work with John on future investments.
John is one of the best lenders I have worked with. His communication skills are top notch and he has abundant knowledge of the financial up and downs of our current market climate. I highly recommend him!
