John made sure we were filled in on everything going on step by step. He made things as easy as possible and explained things in easy terms to make sure we understood in detail. He and his team were great.

I was aware of everything going on every step of the way I was never left wondering and everything g was done is the best timely manner.
John made sure he contacted us during our process of looking for a home and after we selected one. He kept us in the know during the whole process and spoke to us in a manner that we could understand everything going on.
