John did an AWESOME job for our client and will be added to my list of preferred lenders. We had a difficult home owner and John was patient and encouraging and in touch with the buyer for the entire, and now closed, transaction!

I wish you allwould have been in better communication with me. I sent emails that were not responded to and I had to follow up. Also, clients felt like it was a mess in the loan side, after using you for many loans in the past.
