Meredith Chackel was phenomenal! She was the main point of contact and was fantastic the entire way. I cant can't say enough good things about her. NAF made things easy. The 4 times we've bought houses, the 2 other companies were not good....

It was great working with you & Meredith. Your fast response's to all my questions & how fast the closing went.

I was unable to stop auto pay within the 3 day advance so they went ahead and took out my monthly payment for may of $2400 and so far I've been unable to recoup that money

John was great to work with. Unfortunately, we haven’t felt the same way about anyone else at NAF. John’s assistant Meredith was unresponsive when we had questions. She frequently sent us documents with incorrect information, and would not...
