John did a great job at explaining any questions I had and answered questions I didn't ask but probably should have. He made himself available when I had questions or concerns and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole loan process.
My wife and I genuinely enjoyed our experience with John. Very professional, respectful and always quick to respond to any of our million questions. Thank you, John!
