John was straight forward and to the point. However, while straight forward, John was willing and able to explain/answer any questions my wife and I had as well as give financial advice.
Always proactive and very informative.
John is personable and very easy to work with -- made the experience enjoyable and painless!! The title company complimented the bank as well. Said they wished all banks were as easy to work with as Midwest Bank Centre!
john did great. His office staff had some difficulty with getting everything in within a timely manner but john kept the communication going

It seems I am not allowed to proceed in posting my review unless I write something here.
It was a complex loan due to the complexities of my tax returns and my numerous sources of income. Understandably the loan took time to put together. He stayed with it and saw it through to closing
John was honest, fast, and easy to work with. He provided a great level of customer service, making sure every step of the way went smoothly. It couldn't have been a better experience.
JOHN explained everything he was doing for us and went through ALL the paper work with us step by step. We were able to understand all the documents we were signing.
John is awesome and makes me feel like a truly valued client. I definitely feel like he is looking out for my best interest while working with him.

He gains clients through financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate agents and most importantly through personal referrals from satisfied clients. John earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University.
