John is attentive and works hard
Very unorganized. Poor communication. We were asked for Information that we had already provided. Some Customer service staff were unpleasant.
John was able to breakdown each option for our situation in a way that we were able to understand. His follow up was great. We never felt pressured or rushed. We left feeling like we made the very best decision.
John worked hard to make sure we reviewed the loan amount we wanted at the rate we wanted. He went to work for us.
Communication, fix a couple of things right away. Politely kept me doing what I needed to do. I was so happy with his advise

He gains clients through financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate agents and most importantly through personal referrals from satisfied clients. John earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University.
