Overall it was great. Only suggestion is that I've closed twice with Northpointe and both times a Northpointe representative wasn't at the closing. Never had the chance to meet face-to-face and give a handshake to the folks I'm dealing with....

You are 100% correct on that. I make the majority of my closings but both times I was out of town and had another closing when you closed. I get to Bardstown multiple times a year and I'll hit you up to finally meet you the next time I'm there....
