John was on top of everything from the start of the process to the end of it. He made sure everything was correct and replied to my emails quickly with excellent communication.
It took me going to another vendor and locking my rate for you to honor the number you gave me. It took way long than it should have and with much hassle on my part to get this done.

Communication with John Drake was good, and he kept us up-to-date as to any new concerns. We had a few little hiccups along the way, but they were ironed out rather quickly. Thankfully we closed and we’re moving forward.
