Items that was needed was easy to follow through the website. When I had questions they were answered fast and appropriately. Very little confusion about getting the loan.

John did a great job helping with pre-approvals as we placed several offers on houses until we found our final home. Once we had a final offer, for some reason the mortgage information we provided disappeared as he created a new mortgage application...
