We almost lost this client because no one was responding to her in the beginning. The same has happened with other leads I have sent.
I really like John and the team but we need a better system for communication.
Working with such a cohesive group that knew exactly what to do and how to clear their tasks quickly to move the loan process along. This group is full of rockstars! Closed on our home within 8 days and that has to be a new record!
John made himself available anytime I needed to discuss what was going on and he took the time to make sure I understood the process and anything needed from me.
The Communication…….we were in a different state therefore it was very important for us to be able to get answers immediately. John and his team were on it and didn’t let us down!!!
