The process was quickly done. I was surprised my mortgage was sold so quickly

The whole experience was exceptional. The professionalism but more important The knowledge and advice was superior.
So many things happened at the last minute causing escrow to close two days late. Instructions of where to send money and how much, etc., etc,
I’ve done six mortgages over the last 20 years. This has been by far the best process, communication and service that we have ever experienced.
We found it challenging to have a dialogue. In the end we ended up where we hoped to be however from the beginning the broker told us it couldn’t be accomplished. We ended up wasting months going off in different directions that were not necessary....
