Difficult to get answers. Would get brush off answers to questions or told not to worry about it. Got charged added money for an extension that was not our fault. Had an appraisal done that was inaccurate I pointed about all the wrong information...

Had the best rate. Smooth process. Great teamwork to get the refi done. Financed with Radius last November rates were so good had to refi.
Worst closing I have ever done..two we came down to literally minutes of losing our down payment.
