Lots of communication! Appreciated Joe walking through all the docs and the responsiveness.
The open lines of communication between the whole team and their quick responses to any questions or doubts my wife and I had.
Joe had a wealth of knowledge and was always available to talk. Both on weekends and nights, he would speak and help to get the best deal available. Joe did a great job for us.
