    The entire process was very smooth and quick (though I'm still stunned by the number of trees that were killed during the closing!).

    Joel made every attempt to keep us on track with complexity of this type of process. It is not your typical real estate process and closing. I had a lot questions and needed clarity along the way...Joel made that happen.
