    Joel worked very hard and was able to make this loan happen even though I have only been self-employed for 12 months while all other banks/lenders required a 24 month history.

    Joel is incredibly skilled, dedicated, detailed oriented and professional. Managed to go from introduction to closing in 30 days. This has been so far the best customer service I have ever experienced.
