We had a close date that was not met, but was close.. Appraisal was slow. Final approval seemed slow. Loan docs seemed slow.

The team went above and beyond to help if anything needed to get done and with questions. Let us know if anything was needed in a timely manner and if I hear about anyone wanting to refinance or get a loan I will refer them to you guys
