5 stars from me! This process is so overwhelming, so may steps, and if you aren't familiar then it can make it a Worrisome process. Joe took the time to explain everything from A to Z and basically held my hand throughout the process!

Better contact response and having everything set after closing. (i.e) Keys required and kitchen faucet up to par.(Faucet non-stationary or secure)
