Seems like several documents had to be signed multiple times. The other issues were with the title company. Emails and phone calls from us were unanswered by closing agent. closing agent would not give us copies of documents, only provided...

WE had to close in a very short window of time. Joe, Jed, Brianna, and the Guild team bent over backwards to make it happen.
