I would have liked if all emails were on the same thread, maybe even text notifications. It got choppy as the final days came for closing. Miscommunication and not relaying messages was a fuss. But overall great experience.
Very responsive and smooth closing
The online application/document download process is pretty clunky and cumbersome. Otherwise, the refinancing process went very well.
