LOVE JOE KERSEY, ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB!!
You and your team have made this a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated the heads up on the slow responses from third parties and the guidelines that were supplied to help movements in a more timely manner.
Everything was made easy with Atlantic Bay. Joe and his team are fantastic and we'll definitely use them for any future home purchases.
Best experience purchasing a home ever! Very pleasant to work with and extremely detailed so they only had to ask once for information. Response time was immediate and they always had the answers to our questions. Highly recommend their services....
