I didn't have direct communication with Joe. I was the buyers' agent and communication went through the sales rep of DRB Homes. But, I am very impressed with how smooth and quick everything went.
Joe was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He seemed genuine and very communicative. He took the time to explain, and I never felt rushed off the phone. I would recommend him 100x over!
