    Joann And Heather were very responsive . JoAnn went above and beyond trying to assist us in anyway she could. Although we did not get what we were wanting, she was available to answer questions and address concerns.

    JoAnn specifically was great to work with, kind and responsive. We had other issues with communication with the other loan officer and the department seemed to have a lack of communication as a whole, that resulting in delays on our end.
