JoAnn helped us through a private sale of a home. She explained everything in detail, communicated every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, and we settled in less then 25 business days!
We received hardly any communication from our team at Rosedale Federal after Sue left. To the point where our settlement was almost delayed because our loan officer did not update our file or contact us about missing information.
