Joann was very personable and explained all steps in the process very well. She kept us updated all along the way.
JoAnn was sure to call me when things needed to be completed. She was very patient and thorough when explaining the refinance process.
Great communication and very helpful in making the deal easy from my computer. Always answered my calls with clarification to my problems or concerns.
Due to all the COVID-19 protocols, most of our communication was through emails and phone calls. That communication was supportive and effective to complete the loan process. This included technology help.
