Even though I wasn't able to get the cash out that I was hoping for. They were able to rework my loan the get me a lower interest rate and lower payment which will help me greatly

Easy communication via text was helpful for me. It was also nice to just take pictures of documents and send them. The process is long but Joe and Jared were helpful the whole way.
