Picked up the ball and ran with it. After buyer was denied a loan 2 days before closing with their previuos lender Guild jumped in and saved the day. Closed in about 2 weeks
Navy Fed Credit Union denied a buyers loan 2 days before closing. Guild stepped in and got it done in about 15 days!!!
