Jimmy took care of things in a timely manner with us worrying very little if everything was being done . they were on top of it

There were multiple handoffs of my loan application to different people. This led to me resending information 2, sometimes three times. Otherwise, I thought the service and the people were great!
The team was professional understanding and very helpful on this transition journey. I am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service and being there with my though every step of my family and mine journey.
