My refinancing was quite easier then expected due to the efficiency and professional manner. Great experience and happy to be able to save some money.
Overall the process was good, but not great. Better communication would have made it great- better at answering email and communicating issues would be best.

Jimmy is a great, can do, professional that gets everything done in a very timely matter.
He made it happen, and when things changed at the end, he made it right. I had a thousand questions since it was my first home, and he was patient and helped with whatever we needed.
Jim was helpful in the process and reassured us when there were unexpected delays.
The amount we ended up paying for refinance was not the amount I was told when we started the process. Plus the annoying paperwork needed back & forth literally till the day of the closing.
