Honest, upfront and I recommend Jim Van Law's Mortgage service!

I felt manipulated into accepting a loan by recieving an initial lower interest rate , only to be told 1 week before closing that it was increasing significantly. This is a manipulative practice by a bank toward a trusting customer.

Jim was awesome every step of the way!

Northpointe personnel were cooperative and explained everything clearly upon request, often going well outside of what would be reasonably expected to ensure I was comfortable with the entire homebuying process.

Jim was incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. I would absolutely work with him again if I ever refinance in the future, especially if rates go down.
