We worked with Jim on a refi. There was an issue after closing from the title company and Jim worked very diligently to correct it. Highly recommend working with Jim!
Jim was quick to respond to questions. The system he uses for document transfers is intuitive and user friendly. He managed to find me a better deal than the quote I originally got.
Another lender with CrossCountry was particularly unhelpful and Jim stepped in and saved the day by understanding the discount on Virginia recording taxes afforded to Virginia refinance loans.
