It was a lack of communication there was no call backs. it took longer than offered. I kept getting request for information that was already in my current loan. i I had to point out that I was a disabled veteran and didn't pay property tax

The loan wasn't done ontime!
It caused everybody concerened considerable damage and Cross Country was unreachable the closing day for any answeres.
