Didn't close on time due to lack of communication on required repairs. TRR repairs are not a requirement of any local lender. Lending team did not communicate this was a requirement among other things. We tried to get updates from lending team...

Fast professional service
To be better informed on progress of loan...some questions were never addressed..I had no input how my money was spent... All 30 thousand of equity was spent.. Just keep your clients more involved.
