I contacted Jim often with many questions. He always answered fast and with great patience and detail. I always knew what was going on and when all the calculations came through he explained them thoroughly.
Jim Snyder was always answered us in a timely fashion whenever we had questions. He provided guidance thru out the loan process and a quick closing considering the work that we had to do on the house.
Jim and his team were amazing to work with! Jim was flexible and adaptable in handling the closing of our refi during a very uncertain time due to coronavirus. I'd highly recommend anyone to Jim and his team.
