    Jim just came into my team a few days before closing as my previous representative had left for another job/position. I dealt very little with Jim so it's hard to do the rating fairly.

    We worked with Kris on the closing and she was great. Had to reschedule due to a family emergency and multiple people sent their condolences.....an all around great experience.
