Jim and his team made the entire process of refinancing our home comfortable and stress-free! He provided us with the best options and took the the time we needed to understand the process and product.
Jim and his team got us set up for the refi and then were patient as we waited for the rates to get to the right level to make sense for us. They checked in regularly (but not too often...) and made the closing process easy.
All questions were answered and emails answered promptly.
