Jim and the rest of the ABM team were excellent to work with! Responsive to communications and delivered our refinance as planned with 0 issues! Title company recommended (Advance) made the hybrid closing quick and simple.
Jim made it personal with each call. He was wonderful to work with. My credit score was not the best, Jim never gave up on us. He kept trying to make it work.
I'd say that the timelines and explanation of terms and such were understandable.
