The entire process was streamlined. Communications were clear and easy to understand. My loan officer and staff were pleasant and professional, but also personable. The website was informative and user friendly. 10/10!

Was out of the state most of the time and still felt informed. The emails and sign docs along with the Loan officer were warm and helpful.
