At the beginning Jesica was very informative. However, as the process continued, things that she stated originally were different. I reached out to her a couple of times for explanation. She did call me once and answered some of my questions....

Jessica was great!the person assigned to process the case was not very helpful. Computer problems all thru the process was not good.
