The processor and loan officer are highly trained and helped to keep the process moving. They are both very professional. My only negative was the timeliness of closing was longer than expected.

Jessica did a great job keeping me calm during the entire process that was over complicated by government regulations. She always picked up the phone or called me right back whenever I had questions or needed support with the process.
