Jessica is very responsive when you have a question. Her assistant Karla is very supportive to help when gathering documents.
Jessica and her team were great at communicating with me. I knew that if I emailed a question to Jessica she would get back to me very quickly. She is very attentive to her clients, which is why I returned to her for this new loan.
