    Communication and keeping up with documents. Also, i was told the appraisal fee would be credited at closing and it wasn't. Everyone acted as if they didn't know what i was talking about.

    Working with Jessica was great, unfortunately I was not able to work with Jessica for very long. Her assistant handle most of my work and she was very slow to respond, often times not until towards the end of their business hours in the day....
