I had never used Guild Mortgage my buyer chose the lender. Jessica Barber was thier loan officer and did a wonderful job we closed earlier than contract and all went well. We did have to wait awhile at Title Company for the funding after close...

Loan typed changed last minute causing unnecessary charges, and sale delays. Had to send information multiple times. Was asked for documentation 6 days after said documentation was sent to the agent. Unprofessional and poor communication skills....
