Jeremy came in at a critical time when the original lender was not working out. Diligence, creativity and fortitude got us to the closing. I would recommend Jeremy in a minute. Excellent working experience can't wait to work with him again....

Up until settlement, just confusion and missing docs/signatures. Also realized that it was at the peak of summer vacation for many but communications disjointed.
