The help we were given and the overall communication.
The confusion about the Will. It should have state all pages of the Will. My brother sent only the pages to prove I was a beneficiary of the Estate. It was awkward to ask him to resend the all the pages of the Will.
Jere was communicative and on top of everything. He’d give me regular updates on the loan process and had us Clear to Close a week before closing! I highly recommend him!
