Everybody on the team did amazing! All turn times at every stage exceeded all expectations. We closed early on a CalHFA FHA transaction practicaclly 9 days ahead of schedule. Great work!

Our underwriter went on vacation 10 days prior to our COE. Kind Lending did not provide us with an u/w and we essentially lost 7 days at the end when all should have gone smoothly with the close, but instead, we were delayed 4 days on the closing....
